I’ve got travel on my brain lately. A month ago I was in new Orleans, Louisiana for Mardi Gras. I am going to London, England in a few days, and then off to Sedona, Arizona.
Busy, Busy, Busy! When you travel so much you don’t always take care of yourself. This list will help keep your body and skin happy.Don’t forget you need 3 oz or smaller for carry on’s and most of these items come in carry on friendly sizes. Please keep reading to see my must haves that help me take my routine on-the-go!

You never know if the hotel is
going to have the 2 in 1 hair care which is awful for our hair or how long you’ll
go without a shower or the water pressure stinks or maybe just no time. A dry
shampoo is a must to keep you hair looking pretty, smelling nice, and healthy.
This razor is so easy to travel
with because not only is it compact but it is safe inside the little clamshell
container. Whether you need a quick touch up on your underarms or you totally
missed your bikini line this razor is the best way to go. All the Gillette
brand razor heads are compatible so you can keep this and just buy more attachments
when its time.
3. Mil + Sass Macaron Hair Brush
I just discovered the Macaron and
its perfect for your carry-on. It’s great at detangling hair— even my thick,
messy, and curly hair! The cool part is that is has a small mirror inside if
you need access to seeing yourself and the bristles has a cap so they don’t get
bent or ruined.
4. Mini Hand Sanitizer Bath and Body Works
These little guys are my favorites!
I like the stress relief one the best because of the soothing minty smell. They’re
compact and easy to use. There is a flip cap so no dealing with dropping the
lid. These are great because when you’re traveling you don’t always have access
to a sink to wash your hands.
5. Moisturizer from Kiehls
This has got to be my favorite moisturizer
ever! I recently was told about this from my best friend Lorie. It goes on so
smoothly and leaves no greasy feeling. It is thick and creamy and goes on
perfectly. I wake up in the morning and I feel so glowy (in a good way). It is
worth the price and comes in 3 different sizes. The worst feeling is when your on
a trip and your skin is cracking, peeling, or super dry.
I have been using Baby Lips for the
longest time ever probably since I was 14 and im 24 now. Theyre so smooth,
creamy, and soft on my lips. One of my favorite parts is that they stay forever
and leave a pretty shine on your lips. Your lips will look 10x better. They come
in many colors and scents. I like the blue one and this pink one. It isn’t fun
when you have chapped or bleeding lips which happens a lot when you travel to
colder climates.
7. Face Wash Cera Ve or Cetaphil
Just because you go on a trip does
not mean you stop washing your face! Don’t do it! Your face will notice and you
will not be happy. Trust me…I went 2 weeks without doing anything to my face which
led to 2 things. I didn’t wear makeup which helped me not breakout but I didn’t
wash my face which helf in a lot of dirt, grime, and germs. Some of the cheapest,
good quality, and works for everyone’s skin are Cera Ve and Cetaphil. They make
it in big size bottles but also in travel size.
No one likes to share peoples deodorants and that’s what’s happened to me several times. Either I am too embarrassed to ask or there is no access to deodorant. I’ve been on several hiking trips and having sweaty and smell underarms is not fun!
